THEIR PURPOSE
Mission
Prótesis Imbabura's mission, with the collaboration of Mountains of Hope Foundation and the help of volunteers, is to provide Ecuadoran patients with quality and affordable prosthetics, orthotics, and adaptive equipment. Prótesis Imbabura's purpose is twofold: 1) provide access to patients who need prosthetic and orthotic devices; 2) through teaching and awareness increase the numbers of practicing orthotic and prosthetic clinicians in the country. Our vision is to be an entity that guarantees true inclusion; it is a right for every person to grow and thrive as a fundamental part of their community.
